As many of you know, on June 4^th the Colonial School District will be holding an operating referendum.    I have heard from many parents that they did not realize that the assessed value of your house is less than the market or sales value.  Please visit www.supportcolonial.com to have your questions answered and to determine how the referendum would change your tax bill, or stop in to speak with me.  In order to continue inspiring excellence, we need to ensure that our class sizes do not go up!   I ask you to Invest in our Future by supporting Wilbur Elementary and the Colonial School District by voting FOR the referendum.

At the Board meeting on March 26, 2013 the Colonial Board of Education approved holding a referendum on June 4, 2013 in the amount of 35 cents. Please visit the district Referendum page for details.

Wilbur Elementary School is part of the Colonial School District in New Castle, Delaware. Wilbur Elementary is rated SUPERIOR by the Delaware Department of Education. 100% of our staff is Highly Qualified.
